What is supposed to be on this page
One of the major differences between this project and countless others is that we want to introduce (much more) specialization and different roles into the community processes. Instead of 100 people all producing average content, we want the top 10 people to produce quality content, and others concentrating on graphics, on translations, on system administration, etc. (The project takes care of distributing income to all who contributed according to rules set by YOU.)
Here you will be able to see what kind of tasks there are in other people's projects. For example, the author of a course on "Storage Management under Linux" may ask for people to translate the course to Chinese.
This differs from the "job list": The job list lists positions that are generally available globally within Letexa, while this list right here lists concrete tasks. For example, regardless of your "position/job" status with Letexa you can always decide to help with any task listed here, but if you would like to become the security expert who admininisters the servers used by Letexa, you will have to go through the job application process on the job list, and be approved by the community first before we grant you the administrator access for our systems!
There may be instances where some tasks listed here require certain roles/standing and where the distinction between this list and the job list is not as clear.
