What is supposed to be on this page
This is a 2nd level area, i.e. it's part of the second version of this website at the most and not core functionality. If (consumer) users want help, they can ask for it here.
Two options: (A) The money you'll receive for helping comes out of the general fund filled with subscription fees coming from these users, or it comes from a share of what they paid for a certain product, if the request is about that product and support is part of the purchase price. (B) Users pay per request.
There are sites that attempt to be such brokers, the idea is not new. However, it's not important that it's new, what is important is that such a service makes sense on this community site.
